EIE held a symposium for young teachers

On September 21, the EIE young teachers' symposium was held in the electrical building 414. Zhao Wenxiang, Secretary of the EIE Party Committee, Ye Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Lang Qianshan, Deputy Director of the Customs Working Committee, representatives of key teachers and all young teachers under the age of 35 participated in the symposium. The meeting was chaired by Zhao Wenxiang. At the meeting, Ye Tao put forward requirements from three aspects: strengthening theoretical learning, courageously undertaking the mission of educating people, and strictly abiding by the ethics of teachers. He encouraged young teachers to combine their own growth with student training, college development, and national construction, and to become a "fresh force" for school reform and development; On behalf of the top ten teachers in Zhenjiang City, Li Changjie, a backbone teacher, summarized the four character method of "true love is invincible" to share his personal teaching experience with young teachers from the perspective of "who to cultivate, how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate"; Jiang Hui, the provincial excellent master tutor, told young teachers about his own experience and experience from two aspects: the responsibility and obligation of the tutor, and the cultivation and management of graduate students;   After the sharing, the young teachers exchanged their own experiences and confused questions, and the backbone teachers also answered them one by one. At last, Zhao Wenxiang summarized his speech and put forward the three heart requirements of "patience, carefulness and care" to young teachers, encouraging young teachers to contribute their youth strength to the growth of students and the development of schools and colleges.
